I joined New Horizons in Mid-June 2006 and have learned to teach just about any computer application. I recently received my Associates Degree in Applied Business of Computer Applications before I came to work for New Horizons.
Previous to my employment here at New Horizons I worked as an office administrator for a small business and did just about everything that needed done in the office and on the computer.
Ever since I was sixteen I have worked with students and it has become my passion. I started with teaching 4 to 11 year old students on Sunday mornings. I went from that to being a youth leader at my church and getting use to working with people/youth.
While at college we had a mentor program where we would mentor a under classmen. From my college experience I learned a lot about being a leader, and all of the previously mentioned aspects of my life lead up to me teaching Microsoft Office Applications here at New Horizons.
