Bob has had a long teaching span. He comes to New Horizons with a Bachelors in Education from The Ohio State University and a Masters in Education from Chapman University.

He started his training experience working as a training coordinator in the U.S. Navy. From there he spent time in a 3rd grade classroom for 2 years before moving out of the public school system.

The next step for Mr. Gribben was working on a Help Desk for McGraw-hill for a year. He then briefly had a stint as an Internet Banking Consultant before starting his career with New Horizons. One of his top accomplishments was being chosen as one of the top 50 instructors in the world for New Horizons.

In addition to his teaching duties, Bob is also the Training and Operations Manager for New Horizons of Columbus. He is charged with over seeing the delivery and instruction for the classes and instructors and the delivery of all classes.
