Tim has worked at New Horizons for over seven years and continually receives the highest scores as rated by his students and co-workers. Tim views his role as more of a mentor rather than an instructor because he enjoys the class participation that derives from working together on labs and from encouraging students to ask questions. He loves watching the lights go on in his students’ eyes when they’ve mastered a difficult concept.
